I had to get Lilli!Rat and Chloe!Rat put down this weekend. D: I didn't mention it before because I've been kinda distracted since then. Plus, my LJ seems to be full of ratdeath lately - I'm down to three rats now; Turk!Rat, DrCox!Rat, and Stan!Rat. I would be on the lookout for new rats at this point, but the fact is my mum's new allergies forbid it. (I might get some form of reptile after all the rats are gone, I guess. I don't think reptile allergies exist.)

Today, I got Sonic Gems and therefore FINALLY GOT A FUCKING COPY OF SONIC TRIPLE TROUBLE. I also got copies of Legend of Kay and Psychonaughts, but I've yet to play anything just yet. Maybe tomorrow. :P

This pairing isn't really farfetched when you think about it, though you have to use your imagination - We have a nervous, timid man under the command of an angry madman who steals his experiments, and he rebels, apparently torching his lab.

...Yet after he deserts him for three games, even blowing up Cortex's space station in Crash 2, he comes back to work with Cortex in Crash Bash. Why?

He's obviously getting laid by Cortex, that's why.

Another bonus is their past isn't really explained in the games, so you get to make it up. :3

References for the uninformed:
-#06 is referencing the first scenes of Crash Twinsanity, where Cortex dressed as Coco to fool Crash into a trap.
-#29 was caused by a friend of mine pointing out that Brio needing gems to fire the lazer in Crash 2 could be taken very, very pervertedly.
-#41 is a reference to the level Road To Nowhere in Crash 1, where you have to cross an ancient, crumbling rope bridge.

Research on bread indicates that:
