WHAT!?!?!? This is almost as messed up as the burglar who fell through the skylight of the home he was attempting to rob, sued the homeowner, and won! (Lesson learned: If some crook falls through your roof, just kill them and claim you feared for your life!)

I wonder if the dad can sue the mom (who almost certainly paid the fees for this travesty) for inflicting this brat on him and using him like a consequence-free babysitting service? I want to know what kind of sites she was on that he was trying to keep her off of?

This kid needs a "rite of passage" butt-whooping.
